In this capacity, Ms. Malik will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of RPOworldwide’s Indian Global Recruitment Center network, as well as strategic growth planning. Since joining RPOworldwide in 2006, Ms. Malik has developed recruitment training, workflow and process efforts for the company, establishing best practices for RPOworldwide employees, and significant quality assurance for RPOworldwide’s clients.
