Murali Balasubramanyam is Executive Vice President of RPOworldwide, a Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm launched in early 2006. In addition to his role overseeing recruitment delivery at RPOworldwide, Mr. Balasubramanyam serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Recruitment for the Professional Services Division of iGATE Coporation, a $270M Global IT/BPO provider, which he joined in 1994.
Leveraging three decades of experience in human resources, and nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Balasubramanyam played a critical leadership role in globalizing division's recruitment operations, providing round-the-clock candidate sourcing, as well as full-scale recruiting.
The success of this recruitment model prompted the launch of RPOworldwide, and Mr. Balasubramanyam has overseen the rapid growth of RPOworldwide’s network of Global Recruitment Centers. Under his auspices, RPOworldwide’s recruiting operations have grown to five offices on three continents.
