Our Process Methodology: A Six Sigma Approach
At RPOworldwide, we are extremely process focused; we follow a structured process methodology using Six Sigma. All processes are developed using the SIPOC (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, and Customer) method.

All processes are broken down to each individual step to ensure that the model is scaleable and repeatable. The process diagrams are created in a simple manner with clearly defined inputs and output. This methodology helps us build robust processes which are easy to follow and track and train people.

Critical To Quality Factors:
The Critical to Quality (CTQs) factors, or metrics as are commonly known, are identified and clearly shared with everyone involved. Each part of the process has CTQs defined that are agreed upon and shared with the clients. Some of the CTQs we follow for our process include:

  • No. of Resumes sourced
  • No of resumes screened
  • No. of pre-qualified resumes submitted
  • No. of Candidates placed

RPOworldwide Employee Training:
The players at RPOworldwide undergo rigorous training both on the client requirements and processes, as well as other programs which build their skill sets, and improve delivery to our clients. The training programs include areas such as:

  • Business Communication Skills
  • Searching Techniques
  • Job Board Searching
  • Technology Overview (from a Recruiting Point of View)
  • Effectively Sourcing Resumes
  • Job Board Postings
  • Immigration—Helpful tips and coaching provided

There is a constant focus on new technologies training from a recruitment point-of-view which results in more effective resume sourcing. RPOworldwide provides employees both classroom, as well as eLearning training to ensure solid knowledge transfer to our employees.

We continuously assess each team member on various skill sets; these assessments are reviewed and action steps identified to ensure that the team member’s areas of development are addressed both formally as well as informally.

  • Ability to thoroughly screen and vet candidates

We ensure that all our team members pay ample attention to these essentials, and ensure the right match for each requirement each time, which saves time and money for our clients. We continuously train and coach our people on these areas.

The leadership team and senior recruiters realize the need for training and process development, and there is active investment in time from both areas.

Team Selection & Engagement Management:
Each team deployed to RPOworldwide’s clients’ is selected based on the specific and unique client requirements—ensuring the right skill set match is provided. An Engagement Manager is deployed, and acts as a liaison between the two teams, ensuring clear communication handoffs at every stage of the process. The Engagement Manager ensures effective knowledge transfer, and that the team comes up to speed on all client-based processes/other requirements.

The process followed by the team and the Engagement Manager ensures client deliverables are met, according to plan, and any deviations from the plan are immediately rectified. The Engagement Manager ensures that there is clarity on both sides on criteria for submissions. RPOworldwide works closely with our clients to build each custom template.
